The steps are also written out below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Logging in<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Option 1 &#8211; Refer to the welcome email you should have recieved from memberships@knowewell.com. Please follow the instructions in that email and click the link to create your password.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Option 2 &#8211; If you don&#8217;t have the welcome email readily aviable, <a href=\"https:\/\/yourwholehealthhub.knowewell.com\/page\/myplace\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">click here<\/a> and use the &#8220;Forgot your password?&#8221; link to create a new password.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Access your ICA account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you have logged in to KnoWEwell, follow these steps to your ICA account:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Go to the <strong>ICA Community<\/strong> (found at the &#8220;My Place&#8221; tab or at the &#8220;Communities&#8221; tab).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click &#8220;Manage Membership Dashboard&#8221; in the navigation menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On this page, choose the first option: &#8220;ICA Membership Portal.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This takes you to <strong>your ICA Account<\/strong>. Here you can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Update your contact information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pay your membership renewal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Save a credit card: In the &#8220;My Details&#8221; box you can click &#8220;Add Payment Method&#8221; link.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Use that credit card for your membership<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Last step.  Important!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Set up automatic payments using the credit card you just saved to your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on &#8220;Subscriptions&#8221; in the left navigation bar. You will see a list of your memberships.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click the blue text.  You see details about your membership (&#8220;Subscription&#8221;)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click the three (3) dots to the right of the &#8220;View Invoices&#8221; button. And select Associate Card.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click the radio button next to your card. Click the save button located at the bottom of the page, then confirm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>If you would prefer, <strong>you may simply call the home office<\/strong> at 703-528-5000 and we will update the system for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have any questions, please contact us at 703-528-5000 or email us at <a href=\"mailto:membership@chiropractic.org\">membership@chiropractic.org<\/a>.
